At Edi & Sienna Group, monthly bookkeeping starts at $600. Controller support starts at $1,250 a month, and fractional CFO support starts at $2,500 a month. Your price depends on the number of entities, jobs or locations, transaction volume, and how often you need decision support.

What each level includes

  • Books, from $600/mo: AI assisted categorization and daily bank feeds, monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, QuickBooks Online set up around how you get paid, monthly P&L and balance sheet, payables and receivables kept current, and year end financials ready for your CPA.

  • Controller, from $1,250/mo: everything in Books, plus a quarterly review call with Julia, cash flow forecasting, profit by job, property, location or provider, an industry KPI dashboard, WIP, retainage or commission tracking where it applies, and one to two strategic recommendations a month.

  • Fractional CFO, from $2,500/mo: everything in Controller, plus a full budget and quarterly reforecasting, scenario planning, compensation and distribution planning, multi entity consolidated reporting, expansion feasibility, a monthly 60 minute strategy meeting, and support preparing for lender, partner and valuation conversations.

What moves the price

  • Number of legal entities and bank accounts.

  • Number of active jobs, properties or locations you want tracked separately.

  • Payroll complexity, especially commissions, multi-state payroll or crew burden.

  • The state of the books when we start. Cleanup is priced separately, by scope.

How that compares to hiring

A full-time controller or CFO costs a salary plus benefits, payroll taxes and the time it takes to recruit. A fractional arrangement gives you senior judgment for the hours you actually need it, with a team handling the monthly work underneath.

One-time options

If you are not ready for a monthly engagement, a one-time financial analysis starts at $500, and QuickBooks cleanup and catch-up is quoted by scope.

If you want a second set of eyes on your own numbers, book a free 20 minute call with Julia at calendly.com/juliaspahiu/consultation.
